  Our experience with this company was miserable. They knew that we were having trouble getting there from the Sacramento area. The hours that they were available were so incredibly restrictive we had to keep taking time away from work, we were forced to keep changing plans because they were not open, they over charged for a simple cremation and then they "lost" my father's personal effects, including his wedding ring. I would recommend that no one do business with this company unless they want more heartache on top of their loss.
