  They took my money and never placed the order for my dads marker. NEVER Work with Wy-Mai. She's a crook and does not care about anyone - just collects money and doesn't bother to followup and do her job. She should be terminated. Its been almost 2 years. Had I not gone to visit my dads grave site I would NEVER have known there was no marker. When I purchased the marker I was told it would take 6 months to get. I called the office after 8 months and was told it was received. Liars! They say we care about the emotional needs of our clients - if this is how you care about the emotional needs of your clients - I'd rather deal with the dead. She's was supposed to be a counselor - there was no compassion she was very cold and just went through the motions. I never said anything until now - I thought well they're just doing their job - BUT SHE DIDNT EVEN DO HER JOB! Of course everyone is sorry now but the damage is done THESE people can not be trusted. Use this service if you want to be taken advantage of and give your money away and not get what you pay for when you are the most vulnerable.

  I had an amazing experience with Juan. He took care of two of my family members and I'm very satisfied with the service rolling hills provided. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. It's nice to go to a place and feel comfortable especially when your going through a really difficult time. I will always do business with them!

  Nice quiet location. We have a couple of family members buried here. No problems with the location.
  
  The main issue is with the insensitivity and the audacity of the sales folks. Constant calls (yes I know we can block them) even though we ask to be added to the do not call list (violation of FTC rules). Manager has been notified several times. Thankfully the calls have stopped but seriously, calling everyday for weeks is kind of nuts.
  
  Second issue is that a sales lady approached us while we are paying respects to our family, wanting to tell us about plot specials. Wtf. Lack of tact and honestly tasteless sales tactic. There's a time and place folks. While people are gathering to mourn the loss of someone, that ain't the time.
